Hope Stationery carries a full range of basic stationery supplies.
In addition we can offer you access to our 1000 page catalogue for a vast range of items beyond our usual stock items.
Ordering. Our major suppliers offer next day delivery for all but the largest items such as office furniture. We order several times a week so special order and out-of-stock items are available within 24-48 hours. We can guarantee 24 hour delivery if the order is submitted before 3.00 pm. Shipping charges may apply for rush orders.
Regular purchases. You may find it convenient to ask us to make a product file for you which lists items such as ink or toner cartridges, calculator or till roll numbers, or any other item which has a specific catalogue number or dimension you wish to remember.
Currently we have approximately 250 customers listed with their particular needs.
Ribbons. At time of writing Hope Stationery has 40 different ribbons in stock of many hundreds still available. A few of these are reel-type ribbons for older calculators and these will fit many older typewriters. In order to ascertain the correct ribbon for your machine the make and model are necessary, though sometimes even this information does not appear in the database. In this case we need to see the machine itself. Please call or come to the store to discuss your specific requirements.
Ink Rollers. At time of writing Hope Stationery has 13 different ink rollers in stock, mostly for printing calculators but also for older cash registers and other point of sale machines. As with devices requiring ribbons, the make and model of your machine is needed to determine the correct ink roller. If that information is not in the database, you may need to bring the machine to the store. Please call to discuss your requirements.

File Folders File folders are either letter size, 11 3/4" X 9", or legal size, 14 3/4" X 9". They are available in a variety of colours and come in boxes of 100, or can be purchased individually.
Generally speaking we carry the most economical that are available, however there are many available with a variety of tab sizes and arrangements, heavier card, reversible, cutless (soft edges), printed areas for notes, verticle, polypropylene, recycled, interior (shorter than the standard so as not to obscure hanging file tabs), classification, etc. A quick count of the catalogue listings shows 82 varieties.
Currently we sell individual file folders for 35¢ for a letter size, 45¢ for legal. Boxes vary in price depending on the manufacturer, and to a lesser extent on the colour, but ivory letter size are $19.50/100, coloured $28.40/100. Legal are: ivory $23.65/100 and coloured $23.40/100 to $36.40/100.
Hanging File Folders Hanging file folders for insertion on the rails of a filing cabinet drawer or in a desktopper (plastic box made to fit either legal or letter hanging files) also come in letter and legal size, in a variety of colours and configurations including gusseted to hold a large number of file folders, tabbed and untabbed, single and expanding, standard green and coloured. We sell them singly and in boxes of 25.
Hanging file folder frames are also usually in stock in case your filing cabinet does not come equipped with rails.
